var efter Lübeckernes overfald på Bornholm med til den 16.07.1510 at underskrive 'Landets Overenskomst' om en brandskat.

Oluf Ottesen Uf was a free-man (frimand), and was Chief Justice(Landsdommer) for Bornholm from 1508-1522, this during the period inwhich Hanseatic League free-city of Lübeck was in control of Bornholm. In 1510 he was ordered to travel to Lübeck, and on July 16th he was a signer of the 'Landets Overenskomst' agreement, in which the Lübeck'ers demanded extortionary amounts of tax-payments from Bornholm's populace. He probably lived on Simblegård in Klemensker. According to Zarthmann he can be found mentioned in documents dating from 1508 and 1522. (Source:Bornholmske Samlinger, 16/139.)

According to Kure's farm-list Oluf Ottesen Uf's wife is the daughter of Hans Myre of Fuglsangsgård, 6' Vdg. Ibsker. One problem with this is that Hans Pedersen Myre's year of birth is given as circa 1480, and Oluf's wife must have been born before 1495. According to Sigvard Mahler Dam's article 'Landsdommer Patriciatet på Bornholm', she is the sister of Jens Hansen Myre, who was Chief Justice (Landsdommer) for Bornholm in the mid-1500s.
